WORKS DONE AT LE MERIDIEN CJ INTERNATIONL HOTELS LIMITED

Napoleon Hall now known as Sovereign Hall

The typical MS box section were self made with web plates and cover plates. Even tough the secondary trusses on top of panel garder were fabricated and erected, shuttering reinforcement and RCC was laid by the client. The weight of each N Garder is 17 metric ton through Shah Construction.

Entrance of the Hotel

For the entrance of the hotel / lobby, tubular canopy of MS Pipe Framing, MS Plate in between the top. bottom and vertical portion of the canopy. For the roof purpose of canopy MS Angle Framing connecting with each member of canopy and on top framing of angle, MS Sheets were used for waterproofing, etc.

Rigging the Roof

Roof Top Structure at the height of 290 feet from GL level and Roof Top Restaurant at Le-Meridien. To support the roof, structural steel girders were once again fabricated in pieces in an open yard just outside the tower block. Designed to span 30 m, these segments were lifted upto the terrace level, where they were assembled to form the desired trusses. The weight of each truss is 17.3 metric tonn. The trusses were then rolled in position and the balance steel work, comprising secondary trusses and purlins, were erected without any problem. Cold roll MS Decking was fixed to cover the entire roof through T.R.A.

Rooftop Restaurant

This roof design is the restaurant suspended from its center at a height of 78m. Simple bridges from all the four corners provide exciting access to the 12 x 12m restaurant, whose floor is also a structural steel grid with hatched panels that provide easy access to the lighting fixtures attached to its soffit. Steel box sections, formed by welding two channels, work as suspenders, securely bolted to the main overlying trusses. The typical lobby canopies were made for Sovereign Hall.

MS Railing, MS Box Type Railing,

Framing of each corridor was fabricated and fitted by us (now it is replaced with glass railing upto 19" floor corridor). For dismantling the MS Framing and Wooden Framing of railing, the Protecting System was made for each corridor in working hotel.

Sound Proof MS Partition

Sound Proof MS Partition were fabricated and fixed on 19 floor ceiling touching the decking area on all four sides of top area.
THE GI RAIN WATER GUTTER OF TERRACE WAS FABRICATED AND FITTED BY US

Civil Works 10000 sq.ft. of Main Kitchen Area.

Required Dismantling. Providing, Laying of MS Square Tube Framing for Ceiling with MS Jali, POP, Cutting, area for Laying of Kota Stone of the required area and lights, etc. plastering, etc.

Required Dismantling. Gypsum Board False Ceiling as per Architect Design, Plastering, Wall Punning and MS Dual Beds, etc.

Civil Work - Telephone Exchange

False Ceiling Telephone Exchange with MS Framing. Aluminum Framing as wall in Cafeteria upto ceiling height. Providing Aluminum Cabins in 20th floor kitchen. 1 Providing and fixing acoustic panels in renovation time in all corridors of hotel. Providing and Fixing GI N Garder in Sovereign 1 Hall for Spiral Staircase including erection of spiral stair case. Laying of porch side chequered tiles and same towards Sovereign Hall side porch.

Oil Tank RCC Walls and Floors & Structural Steel Roofing with Decking.

Construction RCC Water Tank

RCC Water Tank near Oil Tank and Cooling d Tower Side and end area of LPG.

Commercial Tower Complex

Roof top, Steel Work, Multi Beam, Catwalk and laying of decking on top of terrace including MS Rain Water Gutter.

Making and fixing of MS Louvers all-round the four sides on terrace as per architectural design.

Canopy of Commercial Tower

Making and fixing of MS Canopy of Commercial Tower. The canopy main structural members are resting on rocking MS Plates.

Providing, making of MS Tubular Framing and chain link fencing in Tennis Court, Boundary Wall, Cooling Tower, etc. Front area of Boundary Wall from Gate No. 2 to Gate No. 4 including MS Boundary Wall, Grills and MS Gates of Gate No. 4, Gate No. 3, Gate No. 2 and Gate No. 1. The Gate No. 4, Gate No. 2 is replaced by SS Gates by Vistar Agency through renovation.

Making and Erection of MS Trolley Track on terrace of main hotel for maintenance job and cleaning of glass, etc.

Providing, fixing of ceiling comprising of MS Trays, tee iron, ceiling in room service kitchen, coffee shop area, chinese kitchen and main kitchen and roof top kitchen (the ceiling of main kitchen, coffee shop, chinese kitchen is replaced with SS Trays during renovation).
